    進化する大衆。顧客進化

    以下は、販売側からみた消費者の分類の一つです。一般には「消費者の分類」といわれていますが、偉そうなので、個人的には好きではあ りません。

     

    「顧客進化」とか「パートナーへの進化」などと言うほうがふさわしいのではないかとも思います。が、一般的な呼び方として、ここでは「消費者の 分類」と呼びたいと思います。 5段階で表されていたり、7段階で表されていたりしますが、ここでは８段階で表現してみます。

     

    1）一般大衆 mass
    　↓
    2）潜在見込み客 suspect：サスペクト
    　（購入するかどうかわからない消費者）
    　↓
    3）顕在見込み客 prospect：プロスペクト
    　（購入してくれそうな消費者）
    　↓
    4）顧客 customer：カスタマー
    　（購入者※）
    　↓
    5）得意客 client：クライアント
    　（複数回購入履歴のある常連顧客。ロイヤル・カスタマーとも）
    　↓
    6）支持者 supporter：サポーター
    　（応援してくれる顧客）
    　↓
    7）代弁者・擁護者 advocate：アドボケイト
    　（商品やサービスを熱心に支持してくれる多頻度購入顧客）
    　↓
    8）協力者：パートナー Partnership Customer

    　（運営や企画などに協力してくれるとても熱心な顧客。もはや仲間）

     

    ※購入者の項目は、ファースト・バイヤー：1回購入履歴のある顧客／
    　リピーター：複数回購入履歴のある顧客　に細分化したりもします。
